Great with children, my daughter needed the eye drops that dilate the eyes so had to go for a walk for 20/30 minutes. They settled her very easily for the eye exam and fit her with new glasses that really suit her, highly recommended

My first visit was conducted by a young lady, who if I recall correctly was a Jilly, very professional, but also warm,friendly and knowledgeable. Likewise on my second visit, the young lady was a, Kelly. Equally as friendly, warm and knowlegeable, in fact both being a credit to Boots. A rareity in this day and age. Natuarly the lady Optomotrist, was as were the other ladies,but oviously there is less interaction because job concentraction is involved. However, all in all, a very pleasant experience.
